How do I become a client?
Sign up on our Client Portal and we will reach out to coordinate a complimentary meet and greet. Alternatively, you can always call, text or email and we will help you get started.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are! Insured through Pet Care Insurance.
Who will be caring for my dog(s)?
New clients will meet either Genesis or Damien during the complimentary meet and greet . We assign a dedicated canine care professional to households to minimize your dog's stress and anxiety, and create a bond. On rare occasion, which you will be notified, we might need to send a substitute professional to ensure continuity of care, but rest assured that your pup is in good hands.
What kind of Activities will you do with my dog(s)?
Super fun stuff! Each dog and breed is different. Some dogs might be overly energetic, some might be more anxious. We tailor interactions to best suit your dog's personality, while reinforcing commands and enforcing proper behavior. Focusing on mental enrichment with scent work, puzzles, and association games, we are confident your dog(s) will have a ball.
Do you have experience with dogs that exhibit anxiety, reactivity or have special needs?
We sure do! From separation anxiety, to extreme reactivity, to dogs with epilepsy, we have cared for many types of pups and look forward to working with yours. We understand that reactive dogs are not necessarily aggressive. That anxious dogs may actually be fearful. And that all of these dogs are often misunderstood and require extra patience and compassion. You will be able to discuss your specific needs during the meet and greet.
Do you accept last minute or same-day requests?
We will most certainly try! Please reach out to us ASAP, especially if you're a new client, and we'll let you know whether we can help.
What are your Holidays?
We have a limited holiday schedule consisting of the following days:
Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, & December 24 - January 1.
Do you charge extra on weekends?
We do NOT charge any Weekend Fees or Early/Late Hour Fees.
Do you charge extra for puppies?
We do NOT charge extra for puppies. They make up for the extra work by being extra cute.
Is there really no tipping to consider?
That's right! We believe in transparency and being straightforward with our pricing. Besides, how awkward is it trying to determine how much to tip without offending anyone? Or having to factor in more expenses than what you already calculated?
Not here! We provide quality care ALWAYS.

Do you require a deposit?
There are no deposits for non-Holiday services. However, we require payment prior to the start of any service. Services that land on a Holiday require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Are Holiday deposits refundable?
They are not refundable and non-transferable. Holiday cancellations forfeit the 50% deposit regardless of time of cancellation. Once you send the deposit, those days and time slots become unavailable to others. Please refer to the full "Payment and Cancellation Policy" found in the Client Portal for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept Zelle and Card payments. Please contact us directly if you need a different payment method to see how we can help.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We do have a "Payment and Cancellation Policy" that you can learn more about in the Client Portal.
Can you provide care to my small animal?
Yes, we can! We specialize in canine care, but if you want us to take care of your small pet while we are already taking care of your dog(s), then we would be happy to do so for no additional charge.
